Dieng Tourist Attractions

                                            Kawah Sikidang  Dieng Plateu  

On 11th to 13th of May I have national holidays. on 11th because Sunday, on 12th the Buddhis celebrate Waisak day and we respecting them by national holiday, and on 13th we get one day free to celecbrate it. Three days long week end I called that days, so it was a chance  for me to take a holiday. I decided went to Dieng. Dieng is located at Banjarnegara regency. Dieng is a moutain area. The weather so cold for me it was around 16 o C. In ussual at my place 30 oC. I , my husband and my daughter went on Sunday. It was around  97 km from my city. We used  motorbike. Estimated on google map we would take 4 hours to went there. 

We left home at 11.00 am clock. When on the way suddenly it was raining. We stopped to use rain coat. When my husband opened the motorbike trunk the rain coat just two and we the three of us. So I used one and my dauhgter too. We  countinued our journey by raining. When saw the shop we stopped and bought raincoat for my husband. I felt reliaved because we had three rain coat and it is enaugh for us of three. The Rain countinued until at 04.00 pm. We were tired and the journey was still far, so we dicided to looking for a homestay.  We got Rosela homestay after we asked 2 homestay before, and they were full. We got confortable homestay and kind mam of . We saw the gabbage garden inside it, but it was not good because it was been harvest, and we just  saw the rest. 

  
That was a garden gabbage which we saw beside the home stay. I was it in the morning and the weater was  warmer. The sun was rise and shiny the hill. 













Arjuna Temple. Arjuna temple is  located  close to Sikidang Creater ( Kawah Sikidang). It is around 2 km . When we bought tickets we paid  ones for two destination, We paid Rp. 30.000 for Sikidang created and Arjuna Temple. The price of tickets was diferent betwen domestic tourist and foreigner. Foreigner paid Rp. 50.000 for them. At Arjuna temple we shoul to use batik fabric. They borrowed to us when we came there, and we should back them when we went out. 



When we went to home, we took the time to take a photo in front of the viral statue. The monitor lizard statue which is an icon of Krasak Village, Selomerto District, Wonosobo Regency, went viral on social media because it resembles a real monitor lizard.
